CARDIO KICKBOXING:
Are you looking for total body workout that will make you sweat, feel good about yourself, increase your stamina, flexibility, strength, and meet new friends, then look no further. Come and try the new Cardio Kickboxing class for adults. This is a month to month class. Please pay for your class at the beginning of every month. The instructor for this class will be Hilda Cabrera.

SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL:
No need to look any further. You have just stepped into Slow Pitch Zone. This is the zone where all Slow Pitch Leagues needs are met! Manager's Meeting is held in the Sports Center / Pop Warner Room.
The current season has 46 registered adult softball teams (25 Co-ed and 21 Men). We have MEN leagues running Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Co-ed night is Friday. This seasons games are scheduled to finish before July 1st 2008 in order to have a 6 week field restoration period. The summer season will be starting in late August. SOUTH GATE HORSESHOE CLUB: The South Gate Horse Shoe Club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00pm at the South Gate Park Horse Shoe Pits (next to the tennis courts). Club members are available to assist beginner to advanced pitchers in learning the game or improving their skills. The club attends tournaments regularly and is an active member of the Southern California Horse Shoe Pitchers Association.
OVER EASY: This class is designed for the "young at heart." Where slow and easy is the way to get back into shape!

STEP AEROBICS: Come burn lots of calories while having lots of fun. This class offers a great work-out using steps and great music. Bring your own step or borrow one of ours, and don't forget to bring a towel!
