About the Commission

The Parks & Recreation Commission serves as an advisory panel to the City Council on matters related to the City's Parks and its recreation programs. The Commission meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in the City Council Chambers. Commission meetings are open to the public and members of the public are allowed to address the Commission on any Parks & Recreation related issue at the start of each meeting during the "Public Comment" portion of the agenda.
