Community Development Commission

The Community Development Commission meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 8650 California Ave., South Gate. The Community Development Commission is a subsidiary agency of the City and was formed to bring new business to South Gate and help blighted neighborhoods, or "Project Areas," look like new again. The CDC Board of Directors is comprised of the City Council members.
