You can now complete your City of South Gate Employment Application on your computer and print and submit it as follows.
Completed Employment Applications must be:
* Received in the Personnel Department by the time and date indicated in the Recruitment brochure for the position you are seeking.

Police Officer Applications may also be turned in to the Police Department during regular business hours.
Applications sent via fax or resumes sent in lieu of applications will not be accepted.
All applications will be reviewed in detail. Those applicants possessing the most desired qualifications will be invited to participate in a written and/or oral exam. City appointments are contingent upon successful completion of a records check, physical examination and verification of United States citizenship or legal authorization to be employed.
