Housing Assistance Programs

From affordable apartments and rental houses to upscale condominiums and four bedroom single-family homes, a variety of housing to fit every budget need is available in South Gate. Well-maintained, affordable housing stock includes 1920's bungalows and 1940's stucco. To provide a means of maintaining its housing stock, the City offers ongoing renovation programs which provide grants, low interest loans and other incentives to homeowners and landlords.

Staff is available to assist with the following programs:
